Sazerac recipe

Sazerac ingredients list:

1 teaspoon of Ricard.
½ teaspoon of Superfine sugar.
2 dash Peychaud bitters.
1 teaspoon of Water.
2 oz Bourbon.
1 x Lemon twist.

Instructions for Sazerac:

1. Pour the ricard into a glass and swirl around to coat the glass, discard any excess.
2. Place the sugar, peychaud bitters, and water into the glass and swirl around with the back of a teaspoon.
3. Almost fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour the bourbon over the ice.
